Serving Our Community

Walnut Creek Elks: Making A Difference Since 1950

Joining The Elks Lodge

Since 1868, millions of Americans have been serving our communities as Elks. With more than 850,000 current members and over 2,000 Lodges nationwide, Elks are providing charitable services that help build stronger communities.

The Walnut Creek Elks Lodge has something for everyone. Whether you are looking to contribute something real back to your community, widen your circle with a unique and diverse group, or just looking for a place to grab a drink that feels like home, we might just have what you are looking for.

Volunteer Opportunities

Are you looking for an opportunity to donate your talent and time? The success of the Elks relies on enthusiastic volunteers to help at our events and in other support roles. We have a volunteer position for every skill level, area of interest and time commitment.

There is always room for helping hands and other volunteers. No matter your interests, background or experience, we'd love you have you join in!  From helping with events, veterans, youth, assisting in the kitchen, PR and communications, scholarships, you name it, we've got a space for you.

Lodge Leadership

The primary mission of each Elks lodge is to be of service to their local community, and work toward making their community a better place to live.

It is through knowledgeable leadership, that the Order of Elks will prosper and grow. Guided by the cardinal virtues of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love and Fidelity the leadership of the Walnut Creek Elks work to continue the traditions of the Elks while ensuring that our organization continues to evolve and thrive.

By sharing the wisdom gained over lives of experience our leadership will always strive to promote the welfare and happiness of its members; drive the spirit of patriotism and cultivate good fellowship.

“I always tell people…You get out of it what you put into it!”
